Permission Groups

Manage permission groups with create and update actions.

Permission Groups Grid​

User can see all permission groups in environment by choosing Overview tab in permission groups page. User can also filter permission groups by name to show filtered result in grid.

Permission Groups Create​

User can create new permission group in Create Permission group tab by filling details in permission group form and clicking create button at the end of form.

Permission Groups Update​

User can update permission group by clicking on permission group name in grid in permission groups page. When clicked on permission group name, user will be redirected to permission group edit page. User can edit form filled with current details and by clicking Update button at the end of form to confirm update of permission group.

Permission Groups view page​

In permission groups view page, user has two tabs. Permission group grid is shown in Overview tab. User can create new permission group by choosing Create Permission Group tab and clicking create button.

Permission Group edit page​

In permission group edit page, user has Overview tab with edit form for permission group and button to update permission group. In addition, there are four more tabs. Assigned Members tab which shows current assigned members to permission group. User can filter members by user name above grid. User can also chose which users to remove from permission group by clicking Remove button above grid. Add Members tab shows grid with user that can be added to permission group. User can search users by user name in filter field above grid. User can chose which users to add and click Add button above grid. Assigned Roles tab shows current permission roles that are assigned to permission group. User can filter permission roles by permission role name. User can also chose which users to remove from permission group by clicking Remove button above grid. Add Roles tab shows grid with permission roles that can be added to permission group. User can search permission roles by permission role name in filter field above grid. User can chose which permission roles to add and click Add button above grid.
